Towards a climate and energy plan: will Dutch polder model succeed?

This short article discusses the objectives of the government and the negotiation format for the national climate agreement. This implementation of this agreement must start in 2019 and must lead to a reduction of CO2 emissions of 49% by 2030 compared to 1990 levels. A herculean task.
