Lout is a lawyer in our Corporate Law practice group. He advises private equity investors, financial institutions, and both domestic and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate law matters. Lout frequently collaborates with international law firms on cross-border transactions.
Josephine is an associate in both Stek’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice and the broader Banking & Finance practice. She focuses on restructuring and insolvency matters and also works on various financing transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and project finance.
