We are pleased to announce that Luna van der Voort and Leon Benjamins recently joined our Dispute Resolution practice group.
Leon specializes in commercial and corporate litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of proceedings before Dutch courts, including the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. He has experience with complex cross-border disputes, covering areas such as mass litigation, governance disputes, financial disputes, and M&A-related disputes.
Luna advises on and litigates commercial and corporate law disputes, including cases involving directors’ liability, shareholder disputes, M&A disputes, and collective actions.
