We are delighted to welcome two new colleagues to Stek.
Mirre Schager has joined as an associate (not admitted to the Bar) in our Regulatory practice. She advises and litigates in the areas of sector-specific (energy) regulation, administrative and environmental law, and EU law, and is part of Stek’s multidisciplinary Energy team.
Anne van Geen has joined as an associate in our Finance practice. She specialises in (cross-border) finance transactions, with particular expertise in acquisition finance and corporate lending. Anne advises a broad range of clients, including corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, traditional lenders and private debt funds. Her experience in finance law and complex transactions further strengthens Stek’s strong position in the financial sector.
