Rim Roomberg is an experienced M&A lawyer. He advises companies, private equity investors and financial institutions on mergers, acquisitions, governance matters and management participations. Prior to joining Stek in 2019, Rim worked at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek for eight years.
Rim’s appointment as counsel fits perfectly within Stek’s ambition to further expand its M&A practice in the coming years. Rim will continue to focus on transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors, including technology and logistics.
