Joris Hoenen is associate in de praktijkgroep onderemingsrecht en maakt deel uit van het energieteam. Hij adviseert private equity investeerders, ondernemingen en financiële instellingen in de (‘renewable’) energie sector over fusies en overnames, samenwerkingen, herstructureringen, projecten en commerciële contracten. Joris richt zich op transacties en projecten op het gebied van wind, zon, (hernieuwbaar) gas, elektriciteit, warmte, E&P, waterstof, geothermie, (batterij)opslag en biomassa.
