Elias Ram is een senior corporate advocaat binnen onze Corporate M&A praktijkgroep. Hij is gespecialiseerd in nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, leveraged buy-outs en corporate finance transacties. Elias treedt op voor Nederlandse en internationale private equity fondsen, oprichters, management teams, familiebedrijven en andere corporate cliënten. Hij adviseert cliënten ook over management incentive plannen, W&I verzekeringen en corporate governance aangelegenheden.
In 2015 behaalde Elias zijn master in zowel Ondernemingsrecht als Internationaal en Europees Recht aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. In datzelfde jaar startte hij zijn carrière bij NautaDutilh en werd hij toegelaten tot de Orde van Advocaten te Amsterdam. In 2020 trad Elias in dienst bij Stek. In 2021 heeft hij het postacademische specialisatieprogramma ‘Fusies & Overnames’ aan de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam afgerond (cum laude).
