Stek welcomes Barbara Elion

We are pleased to announce that Stek’s Dispute Resolution Team has been strengthened by the arrival of Barbara Elion. Barbara is an experienced litigator, having worked at Loyens & Loeff for five years.

Barbara’s practice covers a wide range of commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes, corporate governance, (post-)transaction disputes, issues relating to contractual and professional liability and commercial contracts. Barbara also has experience on class actions and competition litigation. She regularly contributes to legal journals.
