Stek advises shareholders Simpel on acquisition of Simpel by T-mobile: acquisition completed

After ACM approval, the shares in Simpel have been transferred to T-Mobile as of 1 December 2020. Simpel is now officially part of T-Mobile Nederland. Stek has advised the shareholders of Simpel, including its founder and CEO Jasper de Rooij and private equity investor Parcom, during the acquisition process and the merger filing process.
