Stek advises on the management buy-out of Strukton Immersion Projects

Strukton Immersion Projects will continue independently outside the Strukton group under its new name, Immontec. It operates worldwide in the market of immersing tunnel elements and caissons, such as the Amsterdam North-South Line rail tunnels and the road tunnels between Busan en Geoje Island (South Korea).
