Stek advises Decathlon on the acquisition of hockey brand Dita

French sports manufacturer and retailer Decathlon has acquired iconic hockey brand Dita (hockey sticks, shoes and mouth guards) from private equity firm Nederlands Merkgoed. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Dita’s position in the competition against sporting giants such as Adidas and Asics.
