Stek advises Audax Groep in acquisition of De Marskramer

Audax Groep B.V. has acquired franchise- and wholesale organization De Marskramer B.V. from Blokker Holding B.V. De Marskramer B.V. owns the franchise formulas Marskramer, Prima, Novy and Toys2Play – a total of 92 stores – and provides wholesale activities. Stek has advised Audax Groep B.V. on this acquisition.
