Stek advises 3I Infrastructure and its portfolio company JOULZ on acquisition of electric charging business

Stek advised 3i Infrastructure and its portfolio company Joulz on its acquisition of the electric charging and e-mobilty service provider business of GreenFlux. The transaction included a pre-completion carve-out of the charging business by GreenFlux. The operations will be continued by Joulz under the name Joulz Laadoplossingen B.V. With this acquisition, Joulz increases its position as charging infrastructure provider, and its knowledge, capacity and national presence as charge point operator.
