Stek advised private equity fund Egeria on the sale of Dynniq Energy to Heijmans

Stek advised private equity fund Egeria on the auction sale of its portfolio company Dynniq Energy to Heijmans, a Dutch construction firm. Dynniq Energy is a Dutch specialist in the design, construction and improvement of power stations in high, medium and low voltage for grid operators and household energy connections. Dynniq Energy employs approximately 100 employees and obtains sales of over EUR 30 million. With the acquisition of Dynniq Energy, Heijmans strengthens its position as an integral player in the market for the construction and maintenance of energy infrastructure.
