Dirk de Graeff is advocaat en senior associate in onze Corporate M&A praktijkgroep. Dirk adviseert Nederlandse en internationale private equity investeerders, oprichters, managementteams en andere corporate cliënten over uiteenlopende nationale en internationale transacties, waaronder fusies en overnames, investeringen en samenwerkingsverbanden. Ook adviseert hij cliënten over algemene contractuele kwesties en corporate governance vraagstukken.
Dirk is aanbevolen in de 2024-editie van de Legal 500 als specialist binnen de categorieën “Private Equity” en “Commercial, Corporate & M&A”.
Voor zijn overstap naar Stek in juli 2022, was Dirk zeven jaar werkzaam bij Stibbe. Hij heeft in 2021 deelgenomen aan een ‘MBA Highlights Programme’ aan INSEAD.
