Stek represents Transavia in state aid case before the General Court of the European Union

By a decision of 23 July 2014 the European Commission decided that an agreement between Transavia and Pau Airport constitutes state aid to Transavia that is incompatible with EU rules. Transavia has lodged an appeal against this decision with the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg. Stek represents Transavia in this procedure.
