Stek advises Sensys Traffic in its acquisition of Gatso

Swedish company Sensys Traffic AB (Nasdaq OMX Stockholm: SENS) has acquired Gatso Beheer B.V., a Dutch supplier of traffic enforcement equipment. The merger of the operations of Sensys Traffic and Gatso will create the largest supplier of traffic enforcement equipment.
