Stek advises Nordian Capital on financing of acquisition of De Jong Gorredijk

Stek has advised Nordian Capital on the financing of its acquisition of De Jong Gorredijk from Noordelijke Participatie Maatschappij. The financing is arranged by ABN AMRO Bank. De Jong is a market leading product engineer and manufacturer of stainless steel hot water tanks.
