Stek welcomes new counsel

We are proud to announce the appointment of Marie-Claire Leijten as counsel.

Marie-Claire is a home-grown talent with over 11 years of experience in Stek’s litigation practice. Marie-Claire’s focus is on (international) corporate proceedings, both before the Dutch Enterprise Chamber and before regular courts. She assists clients in matters such as directors’ liability, joint venture disputes and post M&A disputes.
