Stek welcomes Lodewijk Vonken and Monique van Zutphen
We are pleased to announce that Lodewijk Vonken and Monique van Zutphen joined Stek as associates in our corporate group. Lodewijk and Monique advise private equity firms, corporates and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate law issues. Prior to joining Stek in September 2020, Lodewijk was an associate in the corporate departments of Baker McKenzie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Before Monique joined Stek, she was an associate in the corporate departments of PwC Legal and HVG Law.
