Stek successful for Liander and DNWB in landmark rulings

On 25 January 2013 the Dutch Administrative High Court (CBb) rendered three landmark rulings on the scope of the obligation of electricity distribution companies to base their connection tariffs on the nearest point in the grid. In those rulings the CBb confirms the legality of the practice of Liander and Delta Netwerkbedrijf (DNWB), reversing an earlier ruling.
