Stek successful for Eneco (Oxxio) before the Dutch Advertising Code Committee

Stek has assisted energy supplier Oxxio, a part of Eneco, in a complaints procedure before the Dutch Advertising Committee. The case evolved around a complaint against the recent advertising competitor of competitor Energiedirect over the alleged “lowest tariff” of Energiedirect. On 4 December 2015 the Committee ruled all expressions that were part of the complaint of Oxxio misleading.
