Stek represents WeTransfer in secondary funding round

WeTransfer, the Amsterdam-headquartered company that is best known for its file-sharing service, has announced a €35 million secondary funding round. Stek represented WeTransfer in this transaction. The investment is led by European growth equity firm, HPE Growth, with significant participation from existing investor Highland Europe.
