Our competition litigation practice is preeminent. Recent experience of our Competition Litigation team includes advising and representing:

• Samsung SDI (as main defendant, together with Philips, LG and Technicolor) in multibillion EUR CRT follow-on damages proceedings in the Netherlands against a Turkish claimant (Vestel), three Brazilian claimants (Cémaz, Itautec and IGB) and Samsung SDI (as a third party) in follow-damages proceedings in the Netherlands initiated in the Netherlands against Philips (as main defendant)
• US airline Polar Air in an >EUR 300 million antitrust damage litigation related to alleged cartel arrangements in the air cargo industry, including advice on settlements in the UK and the US
• International travel companies Corendon and Thomas Cook in large multi-million euro damages competition litigation against international travel agencies, including settlement discussions
• Various plaintiffs in damages cases in the Netherlands against a number of truck manufacturers following the European Commission decision regarding the exchange of price information
