Stek assists ONS Energie to enforce contract

A number of large market gardening companies that generate and supply electricity have been ordered to perform their contractual obligations vis-a-vis N.V. ONS Energie in full. This was the outcome of a preliminary relief proceeding initiated by ONS Energie against these companies. See attached pdf. for a copy of the judgement (in Dutch).
