Stek advises shareholders Simpel on acquisition by T-Mobile

T-Mobile is set to acquire Simpel from its founder and CEO Jasper de Rooij and private equity investor Parcom. Stek has advised the shareholders of Simpel during the acquisition process, resulting in the signing of the share purchase agreement last week. The proposed acquisition is subject to ACM approval. Our Competition team assists Simpel and its shareholders in the merger filing process.

Simpel sells sim-only subscriptions via its own website and currently has approximately 1 million customers. Click here to see the full press release.
