Stek Webinar on Competition Litigation in the Netherlands

On Thursday 18 March 2021 at 3.00 p.m. CET Stek offers a webinar for attorneys from law firms outside the Netherlands on competition litigation in the Netherlands. Ruben Elkerbout and Simon Boersen of Stek’s Competition Litigation Team will provide an overview of relevant procedural aspects and an update on recent developments.

Already for years, the Netherlands is seen as an attractive jurisdiction for plaintiffs to bring damages actions following a cartel decision of the European Commission. Civil actions include proceedings following the EC decisions in Air Cargo, Gas insulated switchgear and Trucks.
