Stek successful for Gebr. Engelke in grainmillers cartel

On 17 July 2014 the Rotterdam District Court gave its ruling in the so-called grainmillers cartel. The Court acknowledged the appeal of Gebr. Engelke, quashed the decision of the Authority for Consumers and Markets and ruled that it was not proven that Gebr. Engelke had participated in a cartel. In the objection phase the fine imposed on Gebr. Engelke was already halved and now the fine has been abolished altogether.
