Stek has advised Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond on its acquisition of activities of Bios Ambulancezorg through Coöperatie Ambulancezorg Rotterdam-Rijnmond. As a result of this acquisition, ambulance services in the Rotterdam Metropolitan Area will be combined into one organisation. Stek assisted with the regulatory aspects of the transaction, including the merger control procedures before the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
