Stek advises Simpel and its shareholders on the investment by Parcom Capital

Parcom Capital has acquired a substantial minority interest in Simpel. On the Netherlands market of mobile communication services, Simpel has a leading position in the budget, sim-only segment. The transaction was announced on 30 August 2016 and was successfully completed on 6 October 2016, after the approval of the Netherlands competition authorities had been obtained.
