Stek advises Flynth on acquisition of Bosch & Van Rijn

The accountancy and advisory firm Flynth has acquired the consultancy firm for renewable energy Bosch & Van Rijn. Bosch & Van Rijn advises authorities and companies on the development of wind and solar energy projects. Bosch & Van Rijn has 17 employees who, among other things, engage in preparing yield calculations, financial analyses, spatial planning, licensing and landscaping. With 1,500 employees and 60 branches, Flynth is the leading accountancy and advisory firm for small and medium-sized companies in the Netherlands.
