Stek advises ABN AMRO in participation by AAC in Lubbers Transport Groep

ABN AMRO Bank, ABN AMRO Lease and ABN AMRO Commercial Finance have financed the participation by AAC in the Lubbers Transport Group. Lubbers has grown into a specialist international road transport and logistics services provider for the upstream Oil & Gas industry in Europe. The company has a pan-European network of 11 bases in key Oil & Gas locations in the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Romania, Poland and Norway. The investment in Lubbers is AAC’s first platform acquisition in its recently raised Benelux Fund III. Press here for a press release of the transaction.
