Stek advised shareholders of Noordlease on sale to Hitachi

NIBC, NOM and management divested all shares in Noordlease Holding to Hitachi Capital Corporation on 31 January 2017. Noordlease Holding and its subsidiaries are active in the vehicle lease business.
