Stek acts on Bancroft mining deal

A consortium of financial investors led by Bancroft Private Equity LLP signed an agreement to acquire a stake in Makrov. Makrov is a mining company which owns and operates two lead and zinc mines in FYR Macedonia. Bancroft is an international private equity firm based in London investing in Central Eastern Europe. The deal structure involves various Dutch entitities.
